A growing list of providers

We’re actively expanding our network of accepted health plans. If your plan isn’t listed yet, let us know at coverage@marenmedicalgroup.com—or ask your insurance provider directly.

Once you’re enrolled in a plan that works with us, you’ll be able to officially select a Maren doctor. As soon as the doctor’s provider ID is listed for a health plan below, call your plan to switch to Maren Medical Group (part of LaSalle Medical Associates) with an effective date of June 1, 2025.

Medicare Advantage plans

We currently accept Medicare Advantage plans from:

• Alignment
• Blue Shield
• SCAN
• UnitedHealthcare

Please note: Some patients were sent a letter from SCAN regarding our doctors leaving their plan. It was sent in error. Rest assured, ALL doctors at Maren will be covered under SCAN Health Plan. 

Employer and commercial HMO plans

We currently accept:

• HealthNet Commercial HMO, including plans offered through Covered CA
• Anthem Blue Cross Commercial HMO, including plans offered through Covered CA
• Blue Shield
