We’re actively expanding our network of accepted health plans. If your plan isn’t listed yet, let us know at coverage@maren.com—or ask your insurance provider directly. Use provider IDs when switching plans. To make it easier to update your medical group, use your doctor’s Provider ID listed below when contacting your insurance plan.
