Biography
Why did I become a doctor? I simply wanted to help people and improve their quality of life.
I see how important and transformative that can be when I travel. I go to Pakistan every couple years and spend a week in the villages of my in-laws. The villagers line up for me to go through their medical care. Some people travel three hours to see me.
Because of that, I always try to treat patients like they are family, which means setting expectations and being honest.
I believe in hard work and doing the right thing. Here in the Inland Empire, I volunteer at the Sahaba Initiative Food Pantry and Wellness Initiative. I’m also founder of the Islamic Community Center of Redlands. And I stay active with basketball, walking, hiking, weight lifting, ping pong, and pickleball.
